My Win 7 box won't run Handbrake anymore, I don't get to splash screen. I get an error message saying "Handbrake has stopped working".
Tried deleting & reinstalling, tried the solution suggestion given here: https://trac.handbrake.fr/wiki/SupportFAQ#FailedLoad.
Nothing seems to work. Sorry but I am not the most well versed in computers & troubleshooting so I don't know what other steps to try. Any help would be appreciated.
