MKV BR file has no chapter

Hello,

this is a problem unrelated to Handbrake process, but maybe the community can help.

I have a 720p BR file (mkv) there are no chapters. Can I use a program that I can edit the file and add chapters without having to re-encode. If I can create chapters, then I would use Handbrake to re-encode the file to a more smaller file.

You can create a chapters text file and remux it with the MKV file with mkvmerge.
