Just downloaded the latest build 3595, am going to run side-by-side tests with my licensed Dolby AC-3 encoder, but at first listen it's doubtful I'll be disappointed.
Also, my test video looks sharper in motion areas than the previous builds. Is it a result of tweaks to the default decomb settings, my imagination, . . . ?
AC-3 Encoding Works!

Re: AC-3 Encoding Works!
Nope, no change to the video side of things since r3550 (x264 bump).
Re: AC-3 Encoding Works!
Hallelujah !
I just downloaded this build, and I will finaly be able to encode directly from the mkv of my bluray's without haveing to demux the DTS, convert it to 6 wav with one tool, then remux them into an ac3 file with another tool, and the remux all that into the mkv. It was kinda of a pain... All of this to be able to play my m4v files on my atv.
Thanks for that !
