I forgot to tick the bloody Large File Size box on my last HD encode. It was a 14 hour encode and I don't wanna have to do it again. The file is 13GB and the data is all there but nothing will play it.

What's the easiest way to remux it into a 64-bit mp4 container?

AFAIK, the file is not recoverable. You can't remux a failed MP4 encode to 64-bit MP4.
