Considering you claim HandBrake crashed during the encode, this looks like the full log. It just does not feature the last portion of the log which would have been there if HandBrake didn't crash.

The log was cut off and it's hard to tell how far into the encode it actually got. Due to the crash, some of the log may not have made it to the output file. ericcartman, do you recall how far it gets into the encode % wise? The log indicates that there is only one title on the disc which means you probably pre-ripped with some program in "main feature extraction" mode. Is this the case?

Yes, sorry I forgot to mention I ripped the disc with Magic DVD Copier. I have also found out that while the dialog box pops up and tells me that handbrakecli.exe has stopped working if I do not click close program it continues to run in the background and encode. I can view the process using windows task manager and I can watch the location of the encoded file grow larger. However the gui would close itself out so I could not see the progress of handbrake and eventually my system blue screened and the did not finish encoding ill try to duplicate this again today.

If you blue-screened, dollars to donuts you have a hardware or cooling issue.

Sorry to take so long to respond, I have been moving. The bluescreed only occurred that one time so it cant be the root of my problem. I tried encoding another file today and it crashed again. Unfortunately that computer is not hooked up to the internet so Ill have to upload the log later.
