I don't understand how there's a 64-bit Mac and Linux version but not a 64-bit Windows version.
I understand Linux having it first for obvious reasons, but why not Windows as well, as in a 64-bit release across the board?

There are still issues with the build system / process that haven't been worked out for windows. Until these are resolved we can't build 64bit binaries.
If anyone wants to take a stab at getting the pthreads lib to compile under MinGW64 and submit a patch, it would be very welcome.
