How can I convert multpule .avi files to a single mp4?
Pretty much what I want to do is the opposite of a tv series rip. I have some super hero cartoon series for my boy and what I want to do, if possible is take the 13 .avi episodes and convert it to a single mp4 with chapters so I don't have a ton of single files to filter through. I have around 300 or so episodes all together and it can get very messy to find things. I like to use iTunes because when I exit in the middle of a show it saves my place and I have never figured out how to get windows media player to do that. Having an entire season in one file would be magical if it can be done. I just can't figure out how. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

D-Vision can stitch together .avi files to one large one. Not sure how you would easiest do the chapter markers afterwards though...

D- vision is the best for Xvid but not to convert multiple files to one files. It is the best for to encode Xvid, Divx3,Divx4 and h264 with encoder. You can use the Aimersoft Video converter for converting the multiple files into one files.I am using it and i like it so much and i hope that it will like you too. If you will like the software, Please Share your experience with aimersoft video converter. Whatever it is good or bad. Newbie can get the idea about the software and also They can use for their personal use.
