On the "video" tab I can specify the target "Quality" of the video.
It seems to me that the three values
- Target size
- Avg. Bitrate
- Constant quality
are exclusive. That means I can only specify ONE of the three and the others will be ignored.
Is this correct?

That would be why it only allows you to set one.
