video won't transfer to itunes

I've done everything acording to the handbrake for windows guide, but I cannot get the movie to transfer to itunes. Help.

What error message are you receiving, and what settings (container, audio and video codecs, bitrate, resolution, etc.) did you use for the rip?

I finally figured out what I had done wrong. I didn't change the encoder to H.264 (ipod). I had left it at just H.264. Everything is working perfectly now.
