Cannot load nvEncodeAPI64.dll

Description of problem or question:
Run handbrakecli.exe from the commandline gives me the above mentioned error



Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
Run handbrakecli.exe from the commandline



HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
1.2.2 CLI



Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Win10



HandBrake Activity Log ***required*** (see How-to get an activity log)
PS C:\Program Files\HandBrake> .\HandBrakeCLI.exe
.\HandBrakeCLI.exe : Cannot load nvEncodeAPI64.dll

This is a message from an external library that can be safely ignored. It's not a hard error. We're working on silencing the message.
