Tags title

Please detail your question or problem in as much detail as possible:

Looking for a tags title option in HandBrakeCLI. I use the GUI quite often and usually change the tag title. Is this not an option in the CLI?

Tell us about your environment. What version of HandBrake? What operating system are you running. etc.

1.0.4 in Ubuntu 16.04
