MKV tags

Post by Segfault »

I'm trying to get rid of tags in muxed MKV file, is it possible? I went thru man page, but didn't see an option for tags.

This is my workaround, it seems there is no option to mux without tags?

Code: Select all

mkvmerge -T --no-global-tags infile -o outfile

This is HandBrake support, not mkvmerge.

Thanks. Using mkvmerge was my workaround, didn't you see the word workaround? And if I found the option in mkvmerge, why should I still be asking? Sorry, your replay is not making sense.

I posted my solution because this is how community works, someone with similar problem can find help.
