Pausing handbrake

Is there a way to pause encoding

I doubt there is officially. But the CLI can halt execution.

1. Open CLI (run cmd)
2. Right click on top of the window
3. Check quick edit and quick insert modes

Now when you run anything in the cli just click and drag the mouse anywhere and it should pause execution.

Press enter to resume.

I haven't tested this but it works with other things.

In case it isn't obvious, you must press "Return" after 'p' and 'r'.

There is also a 'h' for help, and 'q' for Quit.
