I'm using the Apple TV 2 preset in CLI 0.96 and noticing that my output doesn't have chapter markers, despite the "-m" parameter that is present in the Apple TV 2 preset. Note, I'm not trying to do something fancy like load in a chapter marker name file.
Is anyone else seeing this? I want to make sure it isn't me before elevating this to a support request.

I'm seeing Hazel munge my parms for Handbrake CLI, which I suspect is why certain things aren't being done....
Chapters are clearly there when I run the command manually from bash prompt.
