same filesize with different -q values

Hi,

The LinuxCLI (Version 0.7.1) produces the same filesize with different -q settings.

This is the command-line I use:

handbrake -i /dev/sr0 -t 1 -c 1 -a 2 -2 -e xvid -E ac3 -q 0.60 -o test.avi

I tried
-q 0.30
-q 0.60
-q 0.75
but the size of output file is every time exactly the same. :-/

Out of curiosity... what dvd... all dvd's? Do you have the problem only with xvid?
