Import Custom Preset to CLI

Post by Ginkaku » Fri Nov 02, 2018 5:27 pm

Description of problem or question:
Sorry, I'm very new at this. Is there a way to import my custom preset in the gui to Handbrake CL and then make modifications like use things like qcomp? I have both installed. I read through the documentation and tried to mimic the preset, without using qcomp but it didn't come out right.

Wondering if I can import the preset and then modify it.

I've attached the gui activity log

https://pastebin.com/V5YxSDH0

And I'm currently using the following command line script

https://pastebin.com/35ruju8a

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
1.1.2

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.17134.0 - 64bit

HandBrake Activity Log ***required*** (see Activity Log from the gui preset but edited for security)

Code: Select all

You're better off fixing your command line than farking around with GUI presets.

If you're doing to specify video encoder options like qcomp, you need --encopts before them.

This is covered in the command line --help.
