Use a player that doesn't announce the name on playback.
Assuming you aren't burning the title in, which would be unusual. Handbrake does not normally insert a title in the video.

Re: Handbrake only encoding 1 of 5 chapters
I just typed at someone who was questioning whether the MakeMKV license was limited by architecture, or worked on all version for Intel, AMD, or even the ARM versions... MakeMKV is available on Windows, MacOS, and multiple Linux versions.

Re: DVD not ripping
MakeMKV will include most everything if you ask it too. You can expand a track to see what's in it, and say yes/no to things within it.
AnyDVD can also do this stuff, although I haven't tried it.

Re: DVD not ripping
You do realize that reading encoded DVDs is not a native function of handbrake, correct? Attempting to do so involves a third-party library.
Reading your log file indicates that the DVD-reading library is having trouble reading the disk. It probably needs cleaned.

I normally take the default, too, but I'm not burning in the subtitles. The player (normally) makes the adjustment.

Re: not able to bur in mkv pls subtitle when convert to mp4
It's possible that it's being cropped off. Usually, handbrake resizes the subtitle to match the screen size. You are going from a 1080 pixel high picture to an 804 pixel high display, so the subtitle should be fit into the 804 pixel window. If you tell handbrake to NOT crop off the black bars, do th...

Did your encoded file start with weird metadata? Not all source files have weird metadata, so there might not be anything to pass through.

Re: not able to bur in mkv pls subtitle when convert to mp4
Generally speaking, when you select a PGS subtitle with an MP4 output format, it will automatically select "burn in" for the track. If you have more than one subtitle, you can select which one to use, but not "all" of them (only one can be burned in). Your sample shows subtitle t...

Likely the GUI is running but the main page is "off screen". But that's just a guess. It can be tested by trying to "grab" the GUI's screen with "Alt-Spacebar" and then "m" to move it while it's running, If you see the cursor appear, it will be grabbing the wi...

Re: What is Encoder Setting and Optimize Video
Version 1.1.2? Your hardware should support 1.5.x. 1.1.x is really only "supported" for hardware that cannot operate in 64-bit mode, which you're operating in. Your question is, essentially, "what does the quality I choose have to do with the quality I get?" Video can be encoded ...

Re: Drag and drop
OK, it looks like you are getting a warning that the file already exists, is that true? The file name being shown as a duplicate is not the same as you're log shows. Is it a previous file that handbrake has in the queue? The log says it should be trying to write "D:\handbrake\Stargirl.S03E09.72...

A generic search for "0x80070570" indicates a file has been deleted while Windows is looking for it. This does not seem to be a Handbrake issue.

Re: subtitles for video on mac
TVs are rather particular about flags. File formats (MP4, MKV) have flags. Matching them up is important. By default, a lot of players will ignore subtitles in files if they do not have BOTH the "default" and "forced" flag set. Handbrake does not, by default, set the "forced...

Re: Not all desired languages of subtitles in output
If you select a subtitle track of a type that cannot be copied over, "burn in" will be your only choice. Trying to put PGS into an MP4 just won't work.
Change the output to an MKV file, and all of the subtitle tracks can be included, rather that be burned in.

Re: audio track not recognized
Handbrake is detecting your audio, but it isn't associating it with the track being worked on as an audio track. Note that your log has: Stream #0:0(und): Audio: aac (LC) (mp4a / 0x6134706D), 44100 Hz, stereo, fltp, 126 kb/s (default) While a similar encode has: [06:16:47] * audio track 1 [06:16:47]...

Re: File is being saved in data format and not in video?
Possibly, if we had information on what is going on. But, given what you've written so far, the answer would be "don't know".
It could be as simple as not having the system write the file to a file name with no extension.

Re: How to add buld Chapters to Queue?
You DO have to download the CLI for Windows directly, though. It isn't part of the Windows default download.
It is different from adding in DVD support to the GUI, though. And you would still need to do that for the command line utility, unless you upgrade to using a DVD reader (like MakeMKV) first.

Re: How to set the file format?
Mayhaps the DVD doesn't have the source name present? Not all do. MakeMKV often rips DVDs with "title_" as the file name, because there is no title name to fill in to replace the macro. Blurays are more likely to have the title filled in. I normally fill in those names. Your file name has ...

If the file ends up with a different file name than the source, you should be able to individually write the output file to the source directory. Except when the Mac tries to fight you... but it would fight any application that tries to write to the source directory. If the output file has the same ...
