Did you try increasing the sound in iTunes by using get info? Under options there is a volume adjustment and you can go up to +100% volume. It also changes the volume on synced devices (at least it does on my iPod, should be the same for iPhones). You should be careful of this as you can start to d...

You may just need to get a better set of headphones. I live in NYC and most the time have the volume close to max, and I own a set of heavely closed Sennheisers. If your using the ones that came with the iPhone you are at a loss from the start!

Sounds to me like you need to disable auto crop in the picture settings, and set all factors to zero.

If the subtitles are in the orginal picture but under the image, you will loose them with auto crop on.

My other question is, is there a good way of converting from 30fps, to 24fps to keep 720p with out it looking jumpy?
