Long encode times. What can I sacrifice to keep quality?
I am currently ripping my DVDs so I can store them away. My encode times are pretty long (12hrs or so for a 2hr movie). I want to cut that down a bit, but I am unsure what setting would have the greatest impact on encode time without hurting my quality too much. BTW my specs are a bit old. I am runn...

So what are you all using for your audio settings? Does AC3 Passthru simply leave the audio unchanged?
