4:3 framed dvds

I was just wondering what settings people here use when ripping titles that are 4:3 framed.
In the picture settings do you leave the anamorphic setting to 'none'? How about the keep aspect ratio check box?

So, if I understand you correctly, if I'm not so concerned about the explicit aspect ratio (which doesn't change dramatically anyway using loose anamorphic), i should choose loose in order to get a better quality and possibly a smaller file size in the encode?

Strict or Loose anamorphic?

There have already been a few threads discussing this, but I can't really find a definitive answer on the topic. I encode my dvd's using the AppleTV preset and changing the CQ to 62%. So far I've encoded a few dvd's with the strict anamorphic setting. What would the difference be with loose anamorph...

Is it possible to resume a conversion that has been interrupted? I mean, if i press pause during a conversion, then shut down my computer, then when I restart it, launch handbrake, reload the queue.
