OP issue isn't the removal of libdvdcss (OP using 0.9.2)...it's the fact that he/she decided not to read the documentation provided before posting.

How about ripping the DVD first to get rid of the Copyright Protection and feed that to HB. Until that is done, troubleshooting this is a waste of time.
