Why are you using HandBrake? It is not the correct program for your needs. Handbrake doesn't make DVDs.

Not on the GUI, only got yesterdays CLI nightly with me here at work, but for what it's worth, although I got a lot of the similar 'libdvdread' warnings I was able to encode the sample fine.

The scan went ok here with the clip provided, using one of the later nightlies. This never used to happen before, but does on the latest couple of builds I've tried (CLI). Within the title information, it always displays 1.000 fps. + size: 1280x720, pixel aspect: 1/1, display aspect: 1.78, 1.000 fps I've tried various sources and video/audio combinations, same result.
