Is there a way to fix it without having to re-record it (that was such a pain to do in the first place)?

Well, typical films of the era were shot at about 16 fps, so that makes sense (which is why, I assume, the log says the source file is 16.5 fps).

Actually, I asked for 500 (100 to 600). The HandBrake GUI even shows 600. I don't know why the log says 700. Either way, 600 frames should still be only 6 seconds at 100 fps, not 39. Most likely just MRU or cache entries.

The latest build doesn't load the subtitle track selection behavior preset correctly. I looked in the C# code and the line to load that item is commented out ("JsonPresetFactory.cs", line# 362).

Do you know what version(s) you are looking for? I've started keeping old versions after I found some functionality broken in newer releases.

Interlaced VC-1 decoding has been a challenge for lavc for a while now. Can you provide the old encode logs where it worked fine? No, sorry, that was a year ago. Edit: It was transcoded on 4/28/2014. If anyone has an old version from around that time, I'd be willing to give it a go and generate logs.
