Can you please post your logs from before and after.

Open 1 file, get the settings you want set up then save as a preset and set that preset as default.

Then open all your files and convert away.

If you can’t figure out the individual CLI settings you need you can always create your own presets and call them from the CLI.

There is an apple 4K one that uses h265.

First, read the root folder of the blu ray so that HB can identify the correct information.

Second, try the built in presets first as they will likely be better than choosing random options.

Try just ripping with makemkv, that will hopefully give you a perfect copy.
