Is the DVD an import? If not, what region is your computer's DVD drive set to? Does the DVD play with Apple's DVD Player.app? Handbrake is unable to open the DVD for reading... and the superdrives used in Apple Macbooks and iMacs do not play well with DVDs from regions other than what the drive is ...

I recently got anew computer. I went from 10.4.1 to 10.5.1. First time i ran handbrake, it would not read any discs, telling me 'no valid source'. so i upgraded to 0.9.2, still getting the same message for every single dvd i put in. what gives?

what procedure? all i got from it was to buy an external dvd drive or try using something other than handbrake...?

I couldn't get any sound with Bridge to Terabithia...

i can't get any sound for cars. same thing happened with tokyo drift.

Both The Departed and X-Men 3 worked just fine for me. (first try and everything)
