What is the full filename? If it ends in .mp4 change it to .m4v so iTunes can recognise it. Otherwise, we'll need to see an activity log as mduell pointed out above. Bingo! I decided to re-rip and encode using the GUI because that method always works... that's when I noticed the ".mp4" vs...

I've ripped a DVD using the --preset="Universal" setting and the resulting video has the following stats: Resolution: 853x480 Codecs: H.264, AAC, AC3, Text Total Bit Rate: 1,631 Size: 1.93Gb I get nothing when I drag & drop into iTunes, even when I move the file into the correct direct...
