Looks to me like whatever tool you used to decrypt the disc did a very poor job. Looks like you tried to grab only the main feature (of a tv show with multiple episodes? why?) and then it didn't even bother to rewrite the IFO file to reflect the changes to the file structure. I used Mac The Ripper....
I'm used to ripping only movies so this is completely new to me.
Should i be ripping the entire disc and then encoding with handbrake?
