Well, I found out what the problem is, even though I'm not sure how to fix it yet. I was looking at the file sizes, and I noticed that most episodes were hanging around 400-600MB, except for this one (and one other, which I found by looking at file sizes, later in the season than I've watched so far...

5.1 through AC3 audio is supported. Not sure if that's just with the new Xvid / DivX support or not, but it is supported.

Handbrake really does have everything I want except a good system for interlacing. If we can get something that produces the same (Or visually indistinguishable results) from the "blend" method (My personal favorite) of deinterlacing in VLC player, I would be the happiest man alive.

Anyone? Looking for how interlaced content does on the Apple TV when it's set in 720p?

Now here's a good question: I know that the Apple TV has been hacked to Hell and back already. Would it be, in any way possible, to install a high-quality deinterlacing filter into the AppleTV to produce the same quality output as VLC's blending, for example?
