If I was able to use my wife's macbook, and convert the DVD's there, would it work if I then transfered the converted DVD to a USB flash drive then to my computer?

i'm hearing the same thing from others out there....wow..shocking how fast the computer world can change.

any other recommendations other then Handbrake, or is this a problem i'm going to encounter everywhere?

30 hours to rip?

I'm new to Handbrake, i've searched the forums and didn't see a post like this.. I used Mac the Ripper to put the DVD on my computer, then tried to transfer the folders (Audio_TS and Video_TS) to Handbrake. I selected the option of converting to iphone, and It began the process. However, it tells me...
