Try using DVDFab Free. I use it and it works for 99.9% of all DVDs...

Quick update: just experiencing this again using another DVD (Zodiac). Ripped it with DVDFab Free, then tried to convert it using HB 0.9.3. It stopped at 100% / Task 1 of 2. Then I reauthored it using DVDShrink and rebuilt the IFO Files using IFOedit based on the VOBs. Same result -> stopped at 100%...

I have found a workaround - it's a bit time consuming but at least I managed to fully convert the DVD. I used DVD Rebuilder (see http://www.jdobbs.com/ , there is a free version) to create a backup of the already ripped files. Afterwards I could use HB 0.9.3. without the encode stopping at 100% / Ta...

i cant remember if i had any probs with iron man or not, but if i did i would've used ripit4me+dvd decrytper+dvd shrink & it always works perfectly. it also could be a prob with your dvd drive, especially if its a few years old. for helmet. dvd decrypter works great, but only when you use ripit...

Just to let everybody know: i cleaned up my installation with Revo Uninstaller and installed Snapshot Build 3 and it works again.
