Where are you seeing this, specifically? Get Info? Historically iTunes and the ATV would flag any content that was 1280x[x] as "HD." Some files, not at all; you had to add an HD flag via a program like Subler for iTunes/ATV to mark it as such. I've never had iTunes flag anything automatic...

Sorry to jump on this thread. Im doing the same MakeMKV and then handbrake.

I struggling to workout how to get the DTS-HD audio to work on Apple TV 2. Can anyone provide any tips/tricks how to do this.

Guys, The work you have all done here is great, and has been a saver on time and effort. I do have a couple of questions which I hope you can shed some light on as I am new to the whole DVD/HDDVD RIP/Handbrake process. Im in the process of ripping 700 dvd's to ATV, and using a MS Home Server as my storage device which is also unning a separte install of iTunes for all my ripped DVD's. My main computer in the house has all my music and purchased content and acts as the master library for the ATV. The MS Home Server...
