I'm running 0.9.3 and have sync issues as well. Not all DVDs are affected, but some are quite noticeable even though the ripped .vob files play fine in VLC. Thank you all for the replies. I see now that there are a lot of options that differ between the "iPod High-Rez" and "Normal" setting under the advanced tab. I used the "iPod High-Rez" with 2 pass enabled and that worked.

You've got a great software application--keep up the good work.

I'm trying to encode a dvd so I can watch it on my iPod touch. I have an iMac 2.66ghz 2GB ram, 8GB touch, I'm using handbrake 0.9.2. I don't want to use the default iPhone/iPod touch settings because I'd like to have a width of 640xwhatever for when I watch movies on my iMac. I went with the "normal...
