dual layer DVD problem?

Hi, I've just started using Mediafork 0.8.0 (Mac OS X) today so please bear with me! I tested it first with a chapter of a film (MP4 format, MPEG-4 codec, other settings as per default) and it worked fine, played in iTunes and on my iPod. Tested again with same chapter, this time with the 'iPod frie...

I ripped Borat region 2 DVD with Mediafork for Mac last night - it has no protection, and copied across to my iPod perfectly.
