I only watch movies on my computer so clear enough for that. I'll experiment with higher bitrates.

What is the best setting for ripping TV shows?

I wish to rip the Friends DVD with each episode around 150MB. Is it possible to have a clear picture with such a small file size? The bitrate at that size is around 690 and the picture quality isn't so great.

Is Casino Royale a zero cell DVD? I can't seem to get it to work with either Handbrake .7.1 or MediaFork .8.0b1
