Performance Monitor matches the data from AdGadgets System Monitor II. When I do a simultaneous encode of HandbrakeCLI and HandbrakeGUI I all but one core running 60-70% (CLI) and one core at 100% (GUI). When the CLI job finishes it is back to a single core at 80% and the reset < 5%. Just something ...

Yah I noticed the encode speeds (fps) were similar also. Maybe just something changed in the way Windows 11 22H2 is handing out threads.

Another interesting thing. The CLI version through VAP6 is still using all of the cores on the same TV encodes.

Description of problem or question: My Handbrake encodes used to use about 60-70% CPU from all cores on Windows 10/11 prior to Win 11 2022H2 update.
