Performance Monitor matches the data from AdGadgets System Monitor II. When I do a simultaneous encode of HandbrakeCLI and HandbrakeGUI I all but one core running 60-70% (CLI) and one core at 100% (GUI). Yah I noticed the encode speeds (fps) were similar also. Maybe just something changed in the way Windows 11 22H2 is handing out threads.
