How can I combine, edit or stitch 2 DVD's into one single encoding? Can it be done (should it be done). For example, Godfather part II is so long it takes up two discs, but I'd like one file. Another example is the Lord of the Rings extended versions...

Please help. Thx in advance.

I'm doing 3000 bitrate with the appleTV preset...doing 2nd pass encoding and also turbo first pass. The final file size (that wouldn't play) was 3.86gigs.

I too am having this problem with Godfather using XP. I have the 3 disc boxset and NONE of the 3 in the series will encode. It goes all the way thru the encoding and freezes/gets stuck at 100%, but never fully completes. I'll try removing chapter markers.

I am also having this problem, it encodes all the way thru and gets stuck at ZERO. I'm using appleTV preset 3000 bitrate 2pass and turbo first pass.

THIS IS ALSO ON THE GODFATHER MOVIES!!!
