I found a fix for anyone else that ever has this problem. You just need to use a preset that is bigger than 1920x1080. I used the Playstation preset for 4k and my videos are coming out right now.

Description of problem or question: Hey everyone, I'm trying to convert a .mov file to an mp4 so I can edit it on my pc. It was taken with an iPhone, and the resolution of the file is 1920x1080.
