Will a well compressed, better effenciency codec adapted video(like AV1) with lower bitrate, competent to a comparatively good graphic presentation?

Thank you musicvid, If I am not making this wrong, it means it depends on the video quality & properties the original video file is? (no matter if it was or not encode with H.264 codec) a optimal video encode to H.265 will end up the result of a better compressed file?

I've seen many videos that show how AI increase the video frame from 30 to 60 by adding interpolate frame generated by AI algorithm, that's pretty cool

Theoretically, the H.265 have better bit reduction with 56% compare to H.264 profile.
My dumb question is, If I have a H.264 video and transcode it to H.265 video will it be smaller + without graphic quality dropping?

I've choose the "custom corp" option and it left the subtitle for me(with the edges). I have not even noticed this option.

One thing I have heard that Discord limited the video files size up to 8MB. The maximum size of an uploaded video could be 50MB after premium service are purchased.
