Thanks. Not water cooled as I recalled. That is my work machine. This one has heat pipes. Still need to run memory check. Assume I will be gone for a while, and let this rest.

HWMonitor installed: Cores are reporting 40-59°C, depending on loading. Lowest chassis temp is 32°C.

3.3v bus is 3.28-3.31v. 5v bus is 5.802-5.844v. 12v bus is 12.584v-12.936v. Some variation, but not a lot.
CPU CORE, VIN2 and VIN3 are all rock solid.

When changing to Mpeg-2 -> Mpeg-2 (instead of H.264), it does not freeze.

CPU is water cooled. PSU is oversized. Memory or drivers is left. Thanks.
