Re: DataBase for Benchmarks?
3) Do you understand what diminishing means? Yes, I understand what diminishing means. But it's ONLY "diminishing returns" if the actual software code remains stangnant with regards to current trends in system development. I'm not sure what other technical softare you use, but high end ap...

Re: DataBase for Benchmarks?
No offence, but you guys missed my point, and are addressing a minor, and irrrelevant issue with respect to my question. To make it clear, the QUESTION, as indicated in the Subject Heading is: "DataBase for Benchmarks". I was asking if anyone had compiled them into a coherent database. A s...

Re: DataBase for Benchmarks?
I don't see why you say that, but that's not correct. You can use a hardware encoder from Nvidia that is designed to work with the higher end Nvidia GPU's. Why is the default File Extension "M4V" for MP4 video?
Hi, I'm new to the Forum, and somerwhat new to Handbrake. Nice software: thank you. A couple of questions, please. I'll ask here before I suggest them as new features/bugs. (1) Why does the default choice in Fast 1080p for MP4 use "m4v" instead of keeping it as "mp4"? Yes, I know...
