NVENC 265 all the way down to CQ0 hasn't eliminated the banding.

trying software 10 bit h265 with a CQ of 2 to see if that might be a possiblity.

Next after that will be to try ditching CQ and going for a larger fixed bit rate.

So far NVENC QC 6 hasn't cut it, I'm trying some of the CPU only ones now, and then figure I'll try an NVENC QC 1+2 to see if it makes a difference.
