org.freedesktop.Platform.openh264 not installed

At completion of installation of HandBrake-1.3.0-x86_64.flatpak on Linux Mint 19.2 XFCE I received the message "Warning: org.freedesktop.Platform.openh264 not installed" Is this something I need to address for proper function of Handbrake and if so, how would I correct the problem? Thank you!

I'm hoping someone with a Roku Smart TV will respond that they have successfully played X.265 on the native DLNA player or tried and failed. I have played x.265 videos on my Firestick 4k through VLC. Too bad there is no VLC for Roku devices.
