Sorry if the problem is my PC is it software or hardware by looking at the active logs and WEV report? I just need help to get the program to work. PC user for many years here but not a pc tech. Where should I start?

Handbrake is no longer working for me. It crashes so often (virtually every time) that I just gave up trying. I posted this problem here the first time 8 months ago without any solution.

Again all other programs run flawlessly in my PC.
