I used utility on Intel website to update driver to 26.20.100.6912
Again Microsoft said I was using best driver.
Handbrake is working.

I don't have a discrete GPU (I don't game on this machine)
intel driver is 25.20.100.6373 when I use windows to update the driver it says I already have the best driver for the device already installed.
I'll check on the intel site.
Again HB worked until a few weeks ago.

I can't figure out how to edit my prior post. Handbrake logs are empty. Handbrake worked on 6/2/2019. Same issue. 64bit version handbrake 1.2.2 with Intel UHD Graphics 630 driver
I suddenly had the issue with hand brake. I uninstalled, manually deleted config files, rebooted then installed 1.2.2 Problem persisted.
