I've done this a couple of times with instructions from here and here . Have HE-AAC with 1.2.2. Dual boot is going to be your fastest option. Other ways are VirtualBox or Windows Subsystem for Linux if you have Winders 10. Both are mind-numbingly slow (e.g. "20 minutes" = 2 hours show). U...
