I thought this new computer was fast but 16 hours for placebo encoding and video quality for an animation movive of 1:40h. Damn!

So your recommended highest quality is 16 and no lower numbers/ higher quality?

And setting the encoding options (Not the RF value) to max is right?

I should mention the rips will be upsdcaled from 1080P to 4K on my 4K TV.
