Re: Audio tracks corrupt, now blu-ray won't open at all
@rollin_eng Ripping to mkv with makemkv worked to my surprise (I used the trial) and HandBrake also managed to work with the resulting 30gb file but something is still off with the audiotracks: I chose 5.1 but now they're apparently 7.1 and I'm also not sure if the subtitles are 100% correct. Maybe ...

Re: Audio tracks corrupt, now blu-ray won't open at all
Tested it twice (with "backup" in MakeMKV): - First with Passkey running: Same problem in HandBrake - Then without Passkey running: HandBrake showed a new warning pop-up ("No valid source or titles found") and not even VLC is able to play the largest m2ts file in the "STREAM...

Re: Audio tracks corrupt, now blu-ray won't open at all
I'm also using DVDFab Passkey to remove the copy protection (not illegal in my country, as long as I don't share the files), so there shouldn't be any problems with that. Last time I tried MakeMKV it was incredibly slow, plus blu-rays take up a lot of space, that's why I'd prefer to do it directly i...

Re: Audio tracks corrupt, now blu-ray won't open at all
Forgot to mention: HandBrake was able to read all the other blu-rays I've tried the last couple of days just fine, it's only this one causing problems.

Audio tracks corrupt, now blu-ray won't open at all
Description of problem or question: I've been using an old version of HandBrake and tried to rip a blu-ray to an .mkv file with two audio tracks but both tracks didn't seem to actually contain any audio in the finished file (the other tracks are only commentary, so can't use those). I updated HandB...

Re: Rip 3D blu-ray (SBS)
That's a real pity too - there are still 3D movies coming out.
Thanks for your quick answers!

Oh, that's a pity!
Are there any plans to maybe add support for 3D blu-rays in the future?

Rip 3D blu-ray (SBS)
Hi, I've got a blu-ray that plays a normal 2D video on a non-3D TV but shows the side-by-side image if the TV supports 3D. I tried ripping it with the existing "very fast 1080p" settings but that generated an mkv file that's only 2D - even on a 3D TV. How do I rip this 3D blu-ray with Hand...
