HandBrake

I used handbrake que to compress my files and when I checked back, instead of compressing them, they were cut from a few minutes long to a few seconds long. This is a MAJOR issue. Please can someone let me know what might have happened and how I can fix it.

Please help! My boss was compressing videos on her laptop and she accidentally over compressed a file and saved it over the original video. Now the video is very poor quality and we need to show it to our manager VERY SOON. The camera was been cleared. Is there any way of uncompressing the compresse...
