Description of problem or question: Is there a way to set an incremental QP setting when ripping with NVENC, like there is with normal x264 encoding? For example, using QP 21.25, instead of QP 21. That has been the most promising setting I've played with, but it's still not perfect. Is there any place where these settings are explained?
