x265 encoding - more RF for 1080p 50p then 25p?
Description of problem or question: For 1080p 25p from my Panasonic HDC-SDT750 camera I set RF settings 24. Now I start recording using this camera 50p, I shoud set more or less RF settings? Or other setting in different maners? HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0): Nightly 20190104213711-92e8e81-master...
